Pff I emailed them again asking what the grace/waiting period was on a refund and I haven't heard crap back from them

The one I sent them on fb they told me to check my email cause they replied, it went to my junk box for some reason the first time, but since then no reply in my junk box or inbox, I agree I would rather not play this game of getting my money back

Call the CC company and tell them what happened and you want to dispute the charges since they didn't deliver a proper product. You have a lot of protection here. The CC company will typically issue a charge back to the vendor, those are nearly impossible to dispute. If the vendor won't respond this is what you should do. Plus nail them to the cross on these forums.

I give vendors one chance then dispute the charges, I have never lost using this method.

this has me worried about the gt350 valance. last thing i want to do is hack off the painted part of the bumper that has to come off only to find out valance won't fit.

Glad you got your refund, sadly refunds are a lot slower than how quickly they take payment. I never understood why, good luck on getting the spoiler to work. I'm thinking some strategic heating and evenly distributed pressure should make it work.

Yeah honestly they just have to work on quality control/assurance. I'd say hold off until others have installed it successfully. In this case I was too excited for the wing to come and purchased it right away without seeing other feedback. Just my 2¢

I'm guessing the issue is the ridgitity of the part, big arching spoiler, and not enough fiberglass layers to hold its shape without being bolted to something.

I'll still be giving their gt350 track pack spoiler a try once available.

Exactly! Yeah most likely but in the meantime, I'm going to find a good body shop to patch the holes on the trunk and properly fit the wing over the trunk.
