Im about to order a 3.40 or 3.30 6 rib pulley for my pc. Im worried about belt slip. Does anyone have any experience with carbinite coating on these? Does it work? Is it hard on the belts? Hopefully procharger can chime in here!!! Thanks!

In the 15 years I have owned blower cars....

Never once have I seen a person have good long term luck with that coating.
(Well unless you like belt dust)

If a belt is gonna slip, its gonna slip... that stuff just tears the heck out of the belt.

Cog setup for stage 2 guys?? Lmao
No reason.... we haven't had a single person push the limits of the 8 rib yet.

Easily can make enough power to have block issues lol.

Was kidding. Coworker had a kraftwerkz setup on his S2k and pulled it due to too many issues with their cog setups messing up the blower bearings.

What were you running? Im running the 3.6 and thinking about going to a 3.5 but I think I am at my limits of takeup. With a 3.2 for sure you would need a shorter belt I would think. You on P1 or P1X?

Im running 3.6 on a p1 with still some room for adjustment. I don't know if it matters but I'm at 4600ft do even though it's a 3.6 its only hitting 9-10 psi. Im hoping because of my altitude i can get down to a 3.2 without slip because of the lower boost number at this altitude. But maybe my thinking is wrong?

Im at 955 ft and see a max of 10.2 with the 3.6..so about the same.
