So I ordered a set of 17x10 beadlocks for the rear of my 2015 GT. It’s lowered 1 inch in the rear and I wanted to know the widest possible tire I can run without having to roll my fenders. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

What size in on the rear now?
What is the offset of the 17" wheel you bought?
Looks like your pretty damn close to the fender, so whatever the overall diameter is would be about right.

Right now I’m running a 20x11 in the rear with a 305. I was hoping to go much smaller on the rim but wider on the tires.

List of S550 Mustangs that came stock with 315mm rear tires.

1. 2018-2023 Mustang GT with Performance Pack 2 (PP2)
• Rear: 315/30R19 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2.
2. 2015-2020 Shelby GT350R
• Rear: 315/30R19 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2.
3. 2020-2023 Shelby GT500
• Rear: 315/30R20 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S (standard) or Pilot Sport Cup 2 (optional).

Can fit, but to be certain, you’ll probably want to share the offset of the wheels you’re going to be running and potentially the tire since different tires can vary in size even if noted as the same width.

going from a 305 to a 315 won't make any difference in traction. The compound and air pressure are what makes all the difference.

I assume you want to run a drag radial by going with a 17" wheel? Just run a 305/45/17 and call it a day. You might need a 1/4" spring spacer in the back, hard to tell from the picture. No one makes a 315 in a 17" diameter anyway

What is the offset of your current and new wheel? I assume your existing wheel is somewhere around +52ish?

You're missing the MACH1 with handling package

No one makes a 315 or 325 in a 17" tire with the correct sidewall height for you, so 305 is your only choice. 305/45/17

Mickey Thompson makes a 315/50r17 but it will not fit with the way his car is sitting

It will fit - but good luck mounting 315 on a 10" wheel (+ comment above about the size availability in 17" diameter).

Good luck indeed. I drove on this setup everywhere and raced on the street without any problems.

Not only does it work, it looks good too!

The only real question is this since I sold this Mach and bought a Mach 1 with the Handling Package…

Does this setup fit on a Mach 1 HP car?
