2021 Mach 1 (HP) Only mod currently is an H pipe. Looking to get a little more growl, and lope sound.
Please give me your thoughts both pro and cons for some cams. Not interested in a ghost cam. $ is not a concern and I'd go professionally installed. Never tracked. Thanks

I'm no expert but I don't think there's many pros for camming these engines unless you're racing
I definitely wouldn't recommend them for street driving

I have a Livernois flex tune and am very happy with it although people do also like Wengerd.

Aftermarket cams don’t lope either, unless tuned to. Just like stock. And literally no one has an actual tune for aftermarket cams.

Thanks for your reply. Probably will take your advice. Anybody reading this…recommend a tuning shop in the Phoenix area?
Steeda's tune for the Mach 1 is easy and definitely makes a difference you'll notice immediately.

You won't gain anything by doing cams get a good exhaust a drop in air filter and tune(E85) and send it.

As a guy who drives a cammed Gen 2. It's fun, hearing the sound of 8500+ RPMs, is addicting. Youll only gain maybe 10-20hp, but the sound is worth the price imo. I'd recommend boost if you're looking for speed. Id Cams are for if you're looking for a fun street car that doesn't feel like you have a chance of dying every second, and you just enjoy the sound of a NA V8 revving that high.

I go remote tune with one of the big names before I used a local guy around here.

Out of curiosity, How has the driveability been on the 95mm? Looking to possibly move away from the GT350 TB soon.

100% solid. It's a GM/ZR-1 unit with embedded electronics re-flashed for Ford use.
