Looking only at the fact that it fits the V6, I'd say base belly pan.

The problem is these are large and bulky, with not much markup on the part itself. We make around $20 on the part, and the $75-100+ for shipping is very realistic with most UPS and Fed Ex accounts. Fordparts.com was offering $7.95 shipping awhile back. However, this was a fluke. Ford and Fed Ex figured out the mistake, and has since changed this part to being "non shippable".

However, I noticed your location as "NWI". Is this Wisconsin? If anyone looking for one of these happens to be in the upper midwest (MN, WI, IA, IL, ND, SC, NE), we can offer a great shipping price using Speedee delivery. The shipping is more around $20, as they do not charge a fortune to ship an item of this size. Give myself or Chris a call for details, as this shipping method is not on our website.

I'd love to get this spoiler but I have the PP on my car. What exactly is the belly pan difference (or splitter difference) that makes them not work together?
It might be an easy fix.
