To my understanding the PP belly pan comes forward further than the non-PP belly pan. That allows it to interconnect with the PP splitter. The non-PP splitter does not connect to the belly pan the same way.
The GT/CS splitter was installed on non-PP cars from the factory and is a direct replacement. I do not believe you could get a GT/CS with the performance pack.
I have a non-PP car and have never seen the PP belly pan and splitter setup from under the car. My information is only second hand from researching other peoples work.
