It’s probably the easiest manual I’ve ever driven so don’t be to worried about it. My 14 year old son figured it out in about 5 mins. Also, just because it can rev to 8,200 doesn’t mean you have to do that every gear all the time. Congrats on the new car!
good to know thanks!
One of the reasons for me jumping into the car with no experience is because I’ve seen a lot of feedback saying how easy car is to drive compared to other manuals
Sure it’s subjective but I’m eager and willing

Congrats on the GT350. Learning stick on that should be pretty easy. I bought a Ford warranty for my '17 GT350 here. https://www.lombardfordwarrantys.com/ . It was really helpful when the air conditioning condenser went out which would have been over $2k but no cost with the warranty.

Have not added anything to the car except a new shift knob and a lot of gas. Its pretty capable as is.

Thank you for the link! Looks relatively affordable for the potentials that it covers
I see that I just need an inspection to get it done for the MY I want.
I’ll feel a lot more confident in my decision once I get the warrant squared away

If I had a GT350 - the first thing I would do is delete something ... the resonators : )
I've been kicking this idea around too... The car sounds great with them though too.

I have driven multiple cars with and without them....and agree it does sound great with them but lets just say without them... with the exhaust opened up- on an empty road....... its a wonderful thing.....and with the exhaust in quiet mode- its still pretty dang quiet

Don't feel bad if you stall it. I rarely drive anything other than sticks and I stalled mine a few times. Tall gears are not the best for launching - but they are great on track.

Wow. A long long time ago. My second mustang and first new car I ever bought was a manual. I'd driven a manual cars before but no real experience. Just go all Coolio and 2 mph it. Go to a used car lot look for a manual car and test drive it. Get a feel for it. Go slowly.

It’s been a hectic experience with all the life events I had going on as well as working with the damn dealer to get this deal closed but she’s home. I drove about 50 miles today and it exceeded my expectations
Now if I can figure out how to reverse without stalling 😂
