I tried to remove my belly pan without removing the front bumper. I think the work looks beyond my pay grade but I could be wrong. I was considering leaving the bumper and splitters and just removing the belly pan to clean out the debris. If I did that I see that I should drill out the plastic rivets marked in pic "R2" and then replace with rivet nuts or rubber well nuts. I am not sure of the metal rivet "R3" if I need to drill these out as well? And then just pull out the belly pan after removing all the screws and plastic fasteners.

Or taking off the bumper is way easier and quicker than the above? I'll probably do this every year after track season.

I remember reading that it is possible to remove the lower splitter and belly pan as a single unit by removing just the 7mm screws.

Not possible on the stock HP. Well at least on mine. I did remove all the screws but it remained fast. The hole marked "R1" goes through all the way to to top splitter so I would have to drill those rivets out. But also I know that there is a adhesive tape as well that sticks the bottom splitter to the top.
