Build Week 2/2/15

everything back to normal

Well, good to see that COTUS is back to normal. My car still sitting comfortable in "Awaiting shipment" again. (week 5).
Don't we all feel like we have been abandoned? Why shouldn't we? Since Ford has decided to keep us in the dark, what other conclusion can we come to? Seeing later build weeks being built and shipped, and no movement of our vehicles. Seeing a new thread pop up here every week with a new build week. And our thread posting the same old messages week after week (still waiting, waiting, waiting).
I know people from Ford are reading these posts, but still, nothing happens. Just how patient are we supposed to be? Most of us ordered our cars in December didn't we? It is now the second week of March. WOW, I would say we have all been very very patient.
Ford. Why not just remove COTUS till it is working properly? Then you can really keep us in the dark. That seems to be your intent anyway.

Mine still shows Delivered. Maybe that means yours has had some actual movement. Is there a date listed under Awaiting Shipment? Do you have a new EDD yet?

P.S. I just wish there was something else we could do. Complaining here hasn't done any good. Emailing Ford hasn't done any good. Calling Ford hasn't done any good. What else is there?!

Cotus shows mine as in transit with an EDD of 3/27.

No. I don't have a delivery date anymore. and no date showing it has moved out of "awaiting shipment". back to where I was 4 weeks ago. I seem to be going backwards. Pretty soon I will probably end up in "Order processing". Wouldn't surprise me.

My COTUS display only updates when the EDD day comes about. Then the EDD jumps farther into the month and everything else stays the same. (Three times).

Just spoke with a Ford Rep after I filed an email complaint.

She had the WORST attitude i have ever encountered.
Sounded like HAL on 2001 Space Odyssey. 'I'm sorry I can't do that'

I truly believe we are screwed.

Finally something just happened

12:00 noon today. I just checked and I am finally "in Transit". with an EDD of 3/23.

What survey?

Once the car moves into "in transit", it says to leave in comment in the short survey. Anyone seen where this survey is? I don't see it on COTUS page anywhere.

Mines still in "Awaiting Shipping".. I just checked again since yesterday when the whole system was screwed up. I have yet another email into Ford, with questions that need direct answers- but I am sure i'll just get the same stuff.. If anything does change I will let you guys know. I just want to know what happened to our vehicles, and will they be okay once we take them home? I really don't want a lemon or have to take it back over and over again for the next six months for "issues". Want to know when'll be getting my car so I can at least plan. My EDD is for 3/15 which is definitely not happening since Its not even listed in transit yet!!
