Broken hood hinge bolt

Okay so long story short I overtightened this and now the broken part of the bolt is stuck.
1. I already ordered replacements
2. I talked to my local performance shop and they said they can probably get it out but no promises
3. If a shop somehow can’t get this out then wtf am I supposed to do?
4. Am I fine driving like this? All 3 other bolts are fine and tightened, I have an important trip to make and the new bolt won’t be here before then and I’m really stressing out.
