Hey what's up guys. Who's using breathers? I want to get a couple breathers for my gt with a Paxton. Which one do you guys use. Or tell me which ones I should buy. Thanks.

Not sure on coyotes but on my fox I had to be on top of it and keep it clean because it would soak up over time and suddenly drop onto the valve cover then the header and make a bit of a mess.

Breathers are a bad idea. They make a mess and coat everything in oil. And you constantly smell oil in the car.

I tried breathers for 1 day. The fumes inside the car were terrible. Had to take them off.

These are the breathers we designed on our Cobra Jet race cars. We use factory Ford fittings for the best fit and top quality S&B filters.

Although these will create fumes because the engine is open to atmosphere they do help tremendously to prevent oil consumption through the PCV system as well remove tons of crank case pressure on boosted applications. Because Race Car....

Yes, even even a few days after having cleaned mine, I could see an oil deposits on valve covers from the fumes. I wouldn't run one again.

I use JPC -12 Valve Cover Fittings to Moroso catch cans in the fenders (1 can per side)

On the new combo, I may pick up some of the JDM Breathers mentioned above ^

This is much cleaner than the kit that I bought. Really nice how it's angled to site upright which would keep the oil from building up like the JPC because it's angled. Using the factory connections vs clamps is a nice touch as well.

Agree with whatsup. Why not a catch can setup so you don't have to deal with oil drooling everywhere, and nasty oil fumes.

I use the UPR catch can (passenger side) and I've definitely found small amounts of oil in there when I check on it, so its doing its job.
