Breaking necks/compliments

One guy asked me if he could take pictures of it to show his son while I was getting gas, his kid was a mustang junkie.
At a stoplight, a guy in a brand new Charger R/T said he was going to trade it in for a mustang after seeing mine. I smoked him off the line too, and we WERE racing. He laughed at the next light and said yep, I'm getting one of those.

Haha! Converting gearheads lol- these cars are definitely head turners, good stories.

I about snapped mine today. Me and some rice burner were messing around down a long stretch of straight road. Pass this one intersection that I always see cops. So I slow up a bit, neck snaps back as I see he cop. Fuck!!

Thank goodness he went the other way.

I get stares, turning heads, thumbs up & compliments everywhere I go. Even a sweet old lady complimented me on the beauty of the new Mustang compared to the four previous ones she's owned!

Back in November I drove to Houston for thanksgiving at my brother's house. I took him out to give him a taste of the new 'Stang. He cautioned me about the local cops who hung out at the gas station I was pulling into. Sure enough there were a couple of officers hanging out at the entrance. As soon as I started to pump gas, one started walking toward us. My brother said he was going to bust me for not having a front plate.

He walks over and says "nice car". I say thanks and then asked if he could take some pictures next to it. His partner snapped some pics, shook my hand and said wow, try to behave out there...

My brother said, "you suck". He always gets harassed by them.

bought my EcoBoost in early November.. Alot of what I'm reading here has happened to me as well..drove it through the heart of Gatlinburg the first weekend and the people on the sidewalks were snapping pics with their phones.. Funniest neck break had to be the SUV full of Japanese boys stopping traffic in the lane next to take pics of the car:lol:

Have had mine since October in north houston and I work at advance auto parts. Everytime I drive it to work we literally get more business from it. Have had many compliments from kids to elderly, only a few races and lots of head turns. Have had a few hopefuls want to look at it a bit closer as well. I've seen 5 different ones come into work within the last month so it is wearing off but the most surprising ones are the c7 guys. I've had two say they love the car and are waiting on the gt 350. Almost had a few wreck from looking at it as well. Have also had a 64 1/2, my 93, a 96, an 01, and my 15 all in the same row one day as well. I still have customers ask about it as I'm usually driving my 93.

My best compliment by far: a pair of early 20 somethings on motorbikes were trailing me for a few minutes. If I had rear camera footage, you would have seen them both on one wheel as I led them.

I had a cop roll up right next to me and said, "first of all, awesome looking car." Then proceeded to tell me that if I take the main roads I should be ok (ice sheets covering all roadways when I got out of work and had to pull over to a side street). I had a toll booth guy compliment me about my car and asked me questions about it. Also a guy outside of Dunkin came out of his truck to chat with me about the car. He's planning to get an older Shelby. And this is within 600 miles of driving the car. In comparison when I first had my speed3 an old lady complimented me on my car and said it was cute. Hahaha

Today I got my first compliment. Another dude driving the other way by my house was driving this nice red 2013 GT and gave me the Shaka (how we say thanks or compliment people here) that was my only compliment in the three weeks I've owned this car.

About a month ago I went over to the girlfriends house to pick her up. Her little sisters saw the car and were so jealous that she was getting picked up in a "race car"

I've gotten quite a few compliments on the car. People are always rubber necking at it, especially at malls and places where they're walking. Some kids in town hollered the other day and said, "Nice car." A woman on the interstate said she hearted my car, acted like she was fanning herself, and then flashed her tits. I was like, hmmm, that doesn't happen in the Fusion. Lol

I get double takes every day, and yesterday on the highway, I had a guy in a newer BMW, one of the big ones with the V8 give me a thumbs up and try to race haha. I didn't accept the challenge lol.

Have gotten several thumbs up over the last 2 months... Reactions I love the best are little kids riding in their cars/suvs/minivans.... I'll get beside them, then if I see them looking at the car I'll drift back behind them, then go back up beside them just to watch the kid(s) twist all around... :lol:
