I change my pads on the 2019 GT350 to the power stop Z ones and now when I brake, I can hear a scrapping or scratching like sandpaper. Is this normal until they break in, or do you think I got something else wrong with them?

If you followed the bedding process and you have any doubts.. Double check your work. I'd apply some disc brake quiet on the back of the pad between it and the shim (I prefer the spray on kind). You can do the same on the back of the shims or use a form of anti-seize (with tight fitting shims, I don't usually apply anything on the back of the shim at install).

If in doubt, take a look over everything. If you're hearing something, there's a chance you'll be able to see where it's making contact.

Obvious first thought is did you put one in backwards? Happens more often than you think.
I took all the wheels off and there was one pad on the back inside that was backwards seems like something that should be so easy to avoid.
