Personally I'm not a fan of the s650 exterior, but the back end intrigues me. I reserve the right to be impressed with what Ford may do to the exterior on some future trims.. I will give credit to Vince on the rear of this super. I'm also cursing his name for "I saw the new car and I said, you...
If you followed the bedding process and you have any doubts.. Double check your work. I'd apply some disc brake quiet on the back of the pad between it and the shim (I prefer the spray on kind). You can do the same on the back of the shims or use a form of anti-seize (with tight fitting shims, I...
Newer fob is wider but slimmer, older fob is taller but much narrower. They're both the standard fob of their time with different backs and darker tinted trims. The gloss black on the newer ones get scratched up but the metal trim on the older ones can get stuck on strings and break off.
I had a key service program the fobs and cut two key blanks. The dealership arranged the service for me, you can try asking the used manager or a service writer when searching for a local vendor. Often times they do business with these vendors weekly and they'll be happy to refer some work to...
OP swapped out the amber headlight markers for clear, painted the inside of the headlight black, and replaced the lenses with aftermarket. More or less the same thing I had done to mine:
My unmodified OE headlight:
So the Corsa system should have a louder and unique sound signature when compared to stock.
I've included a photo of a opened Corsa Extreme muffler. Notice as you described, most of the exhaust passes straight through the center pipe (if/when valve would be open). Valve closed and center pipe...
Bought not built, DM me if you're not going DIY. He can do these to the 18+ lights on the GT if you posted in the wrong forum.
I had a really hard time finding the projectors.. The Retrofit Source STi-R lenses, clear reflectors, and matte dark interior.
Finally.
I really enjoy my Corsa Extremes and my neighbors are really supportive of the car.. But I wonder how they really feel sometimes. Either way, I get compliments on how the car sounds from other 350 owners.
A little spendy, like everything Fatfab. But a business has to make money and they've earned their reputation. All that being said, unless you're shipping the car.. A good chunk of that is labor and margin to MSRP. It's been a minute since I've been West but you've got WRTeknica somewhere...
I made a thread about the splitter and some alternative options back in January (Let's Talk GT350R Splitters - Genuine Ford FR3Z-17D957-AC). Take a look, hopefully some of it helps. My advice.. Bite the bullet and get the real thing. The material is much more forgiving and it should last you a...
Nice to see you back in a Shelby @Diego's_GT350, great car! I always liked shots of your GT350 on those M-X2s. I'm excited to see where you go with this one and glad to see a build thread.
It's not about me, it's that the QJ never had a chance with you because you didn't follow the directions. Then you're just picking things apart after.. We have have opinions and you're entitled to one too.. But your game was rigged.
Weight, it has wheels. Size? It takes up something like a...
I'm sorry to say, but by your accounts you played yourself.. I only say the following not to be a wannabe corporate shill but in hopes to save someone else your pain and suffering. Also, I'm not trying to attack you but your experience is easily corrected IMO.
The weight thing is obviously...
Nice looking change. Might even be functional as the whole tower is involved.. Any chance you measured clearance to the manifold top between the two? Thanks either way.
