This thread just popped up and for the first time I noticed the car venting when I had the cruise set. I have the Boomba BOV adapter and had to quickly cut the music to make sure I wasn't going crazy- yup it was open with a steady throttle!

Have you had any check engine lights with the Boomba BOV adapter?

Just curious if anyone has their BOV vented to atmosphere and how they did it with the stock valve. Thanks for the advice. DIB EB.
My stock BOV is venting to atmosphere. Just remove the recirculating tube from the bov to the intake and seal off the valve on the intake and you're good to go. And it sounds awesome.

The BPV opening during cruise is annoying as balls.
Can't see how it would be opening during cruise, the engine is operating under vacuum at that point.

I've got the Boomba adapter and yes it vents during cruise conditions. It is annoying but 90% of my driving is heavy traffic. So I don't deal with it much.

Sooo... What's the benefit of the boomba adapter? Why not just take the hose off and cap off the intake?
