Omg OP you clearly don’t get it do you? You have one key fob that does everything and one that only starts the car! Use the keys to make a key that will do everything but this time make sure you buy a key that matches! Or just don’t and ignore the advice given and deal with one key. Facepalm
How do you know that will work? The 2nd key only starts with car if it's in the slot below the cupholder and does nothing else. Will that actually work to program a 3rd key with the 2nd one having minimal functionality?

I think he has only one key. Period. As in uno, 1, singular.

I did. But now I have 2 as been said. One that came with a car and fully functional and a 2nd one that only starts the car when in the slot below the cup holders.

They're saying that's enough to program a 3rd FOB (with the correct ID #).

Well is it worth a shot to get one on eBay with the correct number or go pay the dealer 300? Just saying

my guess is you will need 2 working key fobs with matching FCC ID to create a third. If you only have one good one, then it will require dealership to assist.

Your OP stated the Dealer created a second admin key for you. Here is how to verify how many admin keys you have programmed for your car.

CHECKING MYKEY SYSTEM STATUS

You can find information on programmed MyKey(s) using the information display control on the steering wheel. See Information Displays (page 88).

To find information on programmed MyKey(s), press the left arrow button to access the main menu and scroll to:

Description Message

Press the OK button. Settings

Press the OK button. MyKey

Select one of the following:
{0} Admin Keys
Indicates how many admin keys are programmed to your vehicle. Use this feature to determine how many unrestricted keys you have for your vehicle, and detect if an additional MyKey has been programmed.

Here is how to use your two programmed keys to program another key FOB
Programming a Spare Intelligent Access Key

Note: You can program a maximum of four intelligent access keys to your vehicle.

You must have two previously programmed intelligent access keys inside your vehicle and the new unprogrammed intelligent access keys readily accessible. See an authorized dealer to have the spare key programmed if two previously programmed keys are not available.

Make sure that your vehicle is off before beginning this procedure. Make sure that you close all the doors before beginning and that they remain closed throughout the procedure. Perform all steps within 30 seconds of starting the sequence. Stop and wait for at least one minute before starting again if you perform any steps out of sequence.

Read and understand the entire procedure before you begin.

1. Remove the rubber covering (A) from the cupholder. Place the first programmed key in the backup slot (B) at the bottom of the cupholder, then press the push button ignition switch.

2. Wait five seconds and then press the push button ignition switch again.

3. Remove the intelligent access key.

4. Within 10 seconds, place a second programmed intelligent access key in the backup slot. Press the push button ignition switch.

5. Wait five seconds and then press the push button ignition switch again.

6. Remove the intelligent access key.

7. Place the unprogrammed intelligent access key in the backup slot and press the push button ignition switch.

Programming is now complete. Verify the remote control functions operate and your vehicle starts with the new intelligent access key.

If programming was not successful, wait 10 seconds and repeat Steps 1 through 7. If you are still unsuccessful, take your vehicle to your authorized dealer.

Cheers,
