Borla Exhausts?

Anyone know if Borla will be making their Touring, S Type, and ATAK systems for the 2015 since now they are officially making the Ford Racing Systems?

Someone else posted they spoke to a Borla rep live today and they indicated end of January.

Cool, thanks for the news. I wonder how much different they will sound than the Ford Racing? And also the cost difference.

Last week I spoke with a Borla rep at the Oxnard HQ who was expecting something by the end of the month. Given that they have already provided Ford Racing with their two exhausts, I am surprised that it might not be to the end of January; that would miss the opportunity to win over many of us early adopters who will want to get quality exhausts on the car soon.

I hope they are different than the ford racing systems, the borla systems always seemed in my opinion to hit that deeper muscle car tone, especially the S-type. as well as being amongst the best in killing the drone. with the gains we are starting to see just from catbacks a borla system in theory would be the best option for me and im sure a ton of ppl out there

Waiting on the Borla S-Type as well. I joined their email list and requested 2015 product updates. As previously mentioned I don't see why they should not have products soon since they already worked on the FR exhaust.

Exactly what I asked the guy at Borla yesterday. He told me they still do not have a car to test anything in and they aren't just gonna release anything without fitment tests.

I hope he's just padding the timeline.

Stainless Works is the only other company I would consider but would be second to Borla. 304 stainless is a must and they both use it but in my opinion Borla sounds better.

Oh I agree. The Borla version is deeper and more American V8 muscle sounding than the version Ford has them make.
