Just got the email today that Borla is releasing their new exhaust. Has a decent price tag. Anyone thinking about changing theirs out?

I saw that too!!! I went with MagnaFlow SS 3" Cat-Back "CBG88" for Mustang 2015-2020, from CJ Pony Parts, and cut the last 4" of 2.5" of the adapter and added it with 3" for the GT500 at about half the cost!!!

Not a bad idea. He cut off the portion that adapted the Magnaflow catback (which was sized to a smaller dimension for another S550 application) and made it fit the GT500.

I like the sound however is it dramatically louder hard to tell in a video.
With sound limitations at some road courses would this be even more of a problem?
I saw a video of a 500 at corvette museum I believe, and he had the quiet down the stock exhaust.

Not a bad idea. He cut off the portion that adapted the Magnaflow catback (which was sized to a smaller dimension for another S550 application) and made it fit the GT500.

Thats what im doing as well. Ive tried to order the valves themselves, but they seem to be on ntional backorder. i my just have to use my own ones for now

I bought 2 mufflers of a brand i really like and trying to put oem valves in there. Oem valves are on national backorder however, so ill use my current ones i suppose
