Did BMR mention somewhere that they were coming out with a slightly softer vertical link as an option compared to the current one with spherical bearings?

Nope!

But what you may have seen is me mention another design we are going to release here soon, which is a Delrin/Bearing combo instead of all bearing.

We have experienced very minimal amounts of NVH with our TCA045 units - like, not even worth mentioning. I have not gotten any feedback pertaining to NVH and those particular pieces either, and we have shipped a bunch out.

Wow, that is a speedy reply.

So what is the advantage of the delrin/bearing versus all bearing?

Hmmm....

Service life, and they are easier to build. lol

We just like to give the customer options. Our other product lines, the poly and delrin / bearing pieces are very popular. Just following suit.

I found no noticeable increase in noise or vibration going to BMR's vertical links.
