I had the same issue with mine a month after installation. I noticed it most at low speed in bumpy parking lots I was getting a knocking noise coming from the rear. One weekend I put the back of the car up on ramps and started with removing the rear shocks. The shocks were not the problem but it helped me to bounce the rear suspension up and down to locate the noise. I started taking parts off one at a time until the noise stopped. It ended up being the inner heim joints on both BMR toe rods. The passenger side was the worst of the 2.

The heim joints seemed really stiff compared with the vertical links and I think they were binding then releasing as the suspension cycled producing the knocking noise. Even after removing and re-installing they were making noise. I decided as a last resort to hose them down with WD40 and that cured the knocking noise. That was over 6 months ago and the noise hasn't come back on my car. I did PM Kelli about the issue with them and he offered me to send them back so he could inspect the joints but after I was able to get the noise gone i didn't think it was worth it.

I have since taken them loose and re-installed a couple of times since then and the noise still has not returned.
having this exact same issue.

first became noticeable after getting an alignment to finally dial the car in properly. Very noticable at lower speeds and slowing down at a red light. Little less noticeable but still there from a slow take off from dead stop.

car has been in the shop the last two days trying to diagnose and fix. can safely say i dont think it has to do with the bearings being dirty or that a dust boot is going to help with the popping noise.

we made a couple of adjustments per some recommendations in this thread, including swapping the rod end spacers to make sure they were in the correct spot. after that we thought for sure the popping noise would be gone as visually there was nothing at all that looked like it would be touching - took it back out on the road and it was still very much there.

at this point we werent sure if it was toe rod or possibly sway bars, so we jacked the back end of the car up and were able to replicate the noise by swaying the car right to left and could confirm it was coming from toe rod. We added wd40 and made sure adjuster was centered (which i think may have had an impact on my alignment not entirely sure tho?) .. and.. knock on wood... did not hear the noise on my drive home from the shop tonight...

super frustrating but hoping this fixed the issue .. for as long as possible..
