The diff is the easiest out of the two to change. Make sure you check you can open the ‘Fill’ plug before you drop the oil. I used Amsoil Severe Gear Oil 75w90 which Amsoil confirmed already contained the required friction modifier.

I just carried out the first oil change on the gearbox and diff (2017 GT Manual Performance Pack) and measured the quantities that came out. Gearbox 2.6L came out which is correct. Diff 2.1L came out, I only put in 1.6L as that's what Amsoil suggested. Has anyone else had this issue?

Great idea! It’s the same for me here in Oz, extra light help spot kangaroos on the road. We only get the 25w HID headlamps compared to your 35w. Let me know if you work anything out!
