BMR jacking rail getting deformed

I installed BMR low profile jacking rails that I ordered new and it got deformed after my first use. Have you guys faced this? It looks like I have a bad part.

I’ll never understand why people don’t contact the manufacture first, what can we/I do as a fellow consumer?

When your furnace goes out do you go on the forum to say that your furnace is busted? No, you contact the installer or manufacture.

I’ve had issues with Steeda stuff, BMR stuff, and more. I’ve always contacted them directly and have had a solution within minutes.
