I have been reading about this screen and talked to my dealer while they were doing the safety recall for the brake indicator light. They want to run tests on it that they said can take from 30 min to half of a day to see if the battery is having issues. My car is a 2023 so I am hoping it is not already having battery issues. I will update the forum with the results if it is wanted.

Can you post links to what you’ve read about this screen? My 2019 has this intermittently and I’m sure the battery needs to be replaced.

" Your 12V battery is low. If your car was plugged in, then you likely have an issue, as other have. You should not drive anywhere without charging the 12V battery, as you might end up stranded. "

Some forums say it is a bad cell and you need a new battery.

Or....you have something creating a parasitic discharge. For instance, you may have a GPS still running when you turn the engine off...and drains all night.

I had a Progressive Snapshot device that drained my Mustang battery, and prior to that I had a Honda Odyssey with an Allstate Drivewise that did likewise. I have had 2 vehicles over the last 8 years the drained completely due to the insurance company's telematic devices while on a week or two vacation.
If you have something creating parasitic discharge, depending on how long the car sets, you may need a longer drive to recharge, or you could experience cumulatively draining...and get the resulting message you are seeing.

So let's assume you don't have those external devices. There are forum members have mentioned key fob recognition as contributing to parasitic drain...here's an excerpt from a Google search I made...
Fobs are convenient and elevate a vehicle's security, but they can also drain a car battery's charge at an accelerated rate when the activating key fob is kept nearby, or inside of, a vehicle. Under such circumstances, the transmitter and receiver continue to communicate with the vehicle. (https://caaneo.ca)
Hope one of the above thoughts provides insight helpful you.

I have the same issue with my MY 20. It typically happens from drain from my dashcam which has a few options re low voltage cut off. I am on my third battery with the first two under warranty. I now have an AGM which looks like it’s going to go the yards so far….😩

I was getting a similar notification via FordPass that my car was going into deep sleep mode to conserve battery. There’s a TSB for it, required a software update in the car. Dealer did the same thing though, did all the various battery tests just to be sure it wasn’t the battery. Might be something similar for your car?

Do you happen to have the TSB name or number so I can tell my dealer?

Just pulled out my service ticket. Was not a TSB but there was a calibration update. I’ve attached what they did for your reference. All was done under warranty

FWIW, my dealer told me that if the keys are in close enough proximity to the car....the car and keys "talk" and the car can go into some sort of stand by mode. My keys are kept 15 feet from the car in lock box. Dealer suggested locking the car in the garage, or moving the keys further away. A friend's Corvette has a similar issue.

Ford pass says it is saving battery. I have the battery on a new tender. Never had issues with the older tender. May dump the Cetek and use the other one again. Battery is a year old.

I had that happen to my '17 when the battery started to take a dump but...I also had that happen before that and I've had it happen to my '22 as well. Sometimes one of the modules gets stuck in a loop of sorts and it keeps coming back even after you power off the radio or car. The only cure is letting the car sit off for long enough to go into full shutdown, typically a few hours. I've noticed other things going wonky while it happens too such as back-up proximity beeps coming from the center speaker and such. Given the behavior on both cars, I've just assumed it's here to stay as a ghost in the machine.

I have an appt today with the dealer to hopefully figure this out. After letting my car sit and having my fob at the other end of my house I turned on accessories mode and my car read 12.0V. I took a picture to show them. Hopefully it is an easy fix.

I have a Ford Performance (I believe CTEK) tender. My car's behavior is same: it alerts me it goes to Deep Sleep after close to two weeks on the tender, a moment around the time my tender reaches Stage 8, the final stage. The car will remain that way until I do something to wake it up.

Last year I did not have problems and do not expect any this season. The current tender and car are working and playing well with one another. I've been left with the impression my car will go into Deep Sleep by 1) drain or 2) time, whichever occurs first.

My FOBs are secured in Faraday pouches when not in use. The car is locked. The tender is wired to the under hood fuse panel.

I also dealt with this quite a bit. No clue if I ever fixed it but here is my adventure. Some of it I think was a mixture of my fault plus a bad battery. I also had a dash cam wired and was set to turn off at low voltage. (I personally think these cars don't like that)

I don't drive my car all the time. Once/twice a week when the weather is nice. So when last December came around I parked car and said "ok I'll start it up in two weeks"

Got the message on my phone.
Started it up and drove around for a bit since it was warm
Got message the next day.
Did drive again
two weeks later got message
came out and car was dead

Got new battery and was told by dealership I needed to reset the computer or something like that. Car was fine BUT I got the message every week. I would drive it and be good. Throughout the warm months I would only get the warning when I leave fob in the car to wash it. Now I have to move the fob to inside after unlocking.

I finally rewired the dash cam so it only comes on when the car is on. I lose the ability to record while I am not with it, inside a store etc but ever since then now I only get the message on phone when

-I wash car and leave fob in (which I mostly remember to not do)
-Don't start/drive the car for 3 weeks (its now starting to get cold. I only know this applies to my warm period due to a vacation/work trip that lead me to not drive it for 3 weeks in June.)

ALL of my research shown a million different experiences with different scenarios. This write up is adding to that myriad of information.

The dealer did a BCE test. No codes so they did a battery test and recharge, performed BMS reset.
