Bumper Plugs?

Next was the roush heat extractors. I did drill the hood like the instructions stated to, but this is unneccesary. The clips on the extractors themselves are strong, not to mention you bolt them in the OEM spot.

The front bumper was also drilled by the dealer, which now have bumper plugs that are color matched! :headbang: i was rocking a sto n sho at first, but that turned out to be a gauge for dips... its off now
I was just wondering where you got the color matched bumper plugs? Thanks!

Kooks catless headers!! The most painful install to date.

13 hours to install with random face book checks and filming!

Beautiful set and the most difficult part was fitting your hands into place with jagged metal edges..

Tony. Your car is amazing! Congratulations. I have to ask - how can you pass CA emissions with no cats?

^ I can help answer this. You can't pass, but here in CA you have 6 years before you have to do an emissions check.

For most people running no cats or in general any aftermarket headers...You will need to reinstall the stock ones to pass or know someone that can help you pass haha

I'm interested in your setup as well...I'm debating getting those kooks with or without kooks with my Corsa Xtreme... Your videos will help me a lot!

Good stuff man

So Want to talk about the Header install.

Very Time consuming and i say difficulty was moderate.

You need a lot of patience which this car has given me over the last couple of mods.

Remove K brace, remove exhaust. Remove starter, remove engine mount and brackets.

Removing the stock manifolds and cats are easy enough up until the passenger side upper front bolt. That was painful... but doable. Everyone suggest leaving in the OEM stud, so i did. The steps needed to do this entire install are simple and straight forward.

My hands took a serious beating though, well worth the install.
