Have a problem with the blend door with blowing cold constantly, thought it was the actuator messed up as that’s problematic on these cars so I threw a new OEM one in and the problem is still there. I took it back out and moved the arm it attaches to manually and nothing changes, so it’s got to be a stuck blend door or something. I’ve looked high and low on here and other sites looking for someone with similar issues but it always comes back to the actuator problem. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix this?
Edit: Car is a base model so no dual climate

If you manually turn the blend door shaft and it doesn't move the blend door it's possible that the shaft has broken or become disconnected from the door. I know this has been an issue on other vehicles. My old Grand Cherokee suffered from this. I have not heard of it being a problem with these cars but, in general, it's not unheard of.
Unfortunately the fix requires the HVAC box be accessed which, in these cars, means the dash has to come out.
If your car is a '15-'17 you may as well plan on replacing the evaporator core while you're in there.

Check under the hood if both heater hoses are hot. Low coolant will stop flow to the heater core.

Agreed, check your coolant
If it's low, check your water pump

@Paddles love your avatar. Hilarious!

:clap:
I could say the same thing about yours. When I purchased my 03 cobra back in 2012 it had your avatar emblem on the front of it from the previous owner. Exactly the same colors and all.
