What could be causing this ? It’s getting impossible to drive this car, power steering , headlights and advanced traction cuts on and off while I’m driving. I included a video, voltage jumps up and down 14 to 17. Battery seems fine could it be the alternator ? Or a loose ground somewhere

Definitely sounds like your voltage regulator in your alternator.

Stop by an AutoZone and they can test it free of charge for you.

Most auto parts stores will check your charging system for free.
Have them check everything, battery included. How old is your battery? Are you running anything that will draw extra power? Like an amp, audio system, extra lights anything? Any work lately that required unhooking the battery or any ground wires or any wiring really? Without actually measuring, batteries can "seem" fine and not be.

Update: Replaced the alternator, everything works again! Just barely enough room to wiggle the old one out and the new one in. Other than that pretty simple DIY job. Also my engine runs a lot quieter and smoother 🤔
