Installed my BG kit last night. Seemed good in a short drive afterward. Install was as advertised pretty simple FYI buddy with a lift and all the tools and drain pans makes it even easier!! Lol

I have the PP on mine but never thought is was loud before the fluid change. Then again I've only drove about 20 miles on the new fluid.has anyone with the PP that has switched to the BG rear end fluid noticed it quite down the torsen diff??
if you all cradle lock out, LCA bearing and poly diff bushings you will hear it. lolI have the PP on mine but never thought is was loud before the fluid change. Then again I've only drove about 20 miles on the new fluid.
Swapped fluids today. She shifts like butter and super happy I did this. The old gear oil came out nice and clean but the diff was sorta black. Used all the bgII supplied for the tranny...96oz at 2.8 liters. And almost all of the diff fluid by using the supplied dipstick( zip tie) thanks Tommy for the awesome instructions and the tools to make the swap easy as pie. The hardest part was getting my car on jack stands! Happy customer here
Great to hear. Using the complete bottle is overfilling it slightly but it is only a cup of fluid (the same cup you use in the kitchen to make pancakes) and it will not raise the level very much. I don't think it will even make it to the fill hole.Changed my Trans fluid and also put the steeda shifter bracket on, but can definently say shifts are better...much smoother....but I used all the fluid with the exception of what was supposed to be left on the cup to the yellow tap
OK I did as the instructions said and used everything except 7 ounces I believe....forgot what the instructions statedGreat to hear. Many people, including transmission shops still use the old method of filling it till it comes out. We don't recommend it but I would venture to say it really doesn't matter.
