It's a SEMA car so it has to be a bit outrageous to get anyone to look at it. The 3D Carbon CF kit is really nice up close. The wheels are not for everyone but they work on the car and people are talking about it, which is the whole point of building a SEMA car.

And I think torque thrusts are the ugliest thing since Shrek.

I think the gold with the red is hott. Different strokes for different folks.

Yeah exactly. Do you happen to know if they are avante gard m580's? Same exact spoke design. Only problem is I read they don't fit over pp brembo's. Shame because they are awesome looking wheels and fit the s550 really well. I've seen all the posts in the wheel and tire section and most are eh.

Yeah well, not every car can be as gorgeous as your fox body. Always amazes me how narrow minded so many people are. Listen people, I understand many won't like the gold, but that's the ONLY thing I can see someone criticizing. You people can't look past that and simply say without the gold it would be nice?

Seriously, nothing else about the car can be considered cheesy. There are no huge spoilers, no stickers, no ridiculous body kits, and the car color is a gorgeous red. It's simply a Ruby Red Mustang with a really nice and tasteful REAL carbon fiber skirt kit, lowered perfectly, with nice wheels with a perfect offset and just enough sidewall on the tires that gives it perfect lack of wheel gap without being too low, and an overall awesome stance. Again, gold aside what is so bad?

Ok, maybe the wheels are a tad large, but that's what they always do at these type of shows, or for movie cars like N4S. It's certainly nothing outrageous. And as I said they fit appropriately wide tires on them. I've been in the game longer than most of you, been on forums for over 20 years, and my cars have always been considered "clean" and "tastefully done" but I know how to take the "Bling" of the gold with a grain of salt. Remember this is a SHOW CAR.

OK, sorry..since you've been on forums for 20 years you are right. Its great. Its by far the best 2015 I've ever seen. Thank you for pointing out my narrow minded views and setting me straight. Hopefully the car wont blow the welds off the floorboards when they hit the NAAAAAAWS leaving Vegas.

The gold isn't complimentary to the car or paint. I feel I'm speaking for the majority of people who don't care for the look. Matte bronze would look good. It's also lowered too much, which just makes the gold bling wheels look worse. Cars lowered beyond the point where the wheel well and wheel appear concentric look bad and perform worse (ride, handling).

The color combo might not be for everybody, but it certainly isn't "ghetto". This car is really well done. I especially like the color matched accent in the headlight housing.

As I've indicated many times, I understand the Gold isn't for everyone. As far as it being lowered too much, I completely disagree, especially for a show car. I know what you mean though and I don't like mustangs "Slammed" either. Like when the fender actually goes lower than the top of the wheel lip. But look at the side profile, there is still a small gap between the fender and tire. Personally I think it's the perfect amount of lowering/gap in terms of looks.

Exactly!

To each his own. To me this is perfect:

Is that a sun screen in the front window? If so, it fits really tight.

Eh, I think Ruby would look GREAT with a matte Gold (rather than this highly polished) wheel in a 20" size. I like the CF skirt kit and stance as well, though this one doesn't need a spoiler. Tinted tails for effect and you'd have a very luscious S550

While I too can't stand the gold, I agree with you that if the wheels (and window tint) were a different color, it would be a pretty slick looking car.

But to claim people are narrow minded because they don't agree with you (that outside the gold color there is nothing to dislike), is rather, well, narrow minded.
