What intake manifold do you guys think is best for my setup (excluding billet)?

  • Hellion top mount 5562 BB turbos @ 12-15 psi
  • Stock bottom end w/ OPG
  • 6R80
  • 315/50/17 tire
  • 3.15 gears
  • PAC 1234x valvesprings
  • ARP head studs
  • Bumper exits
  • GT350 intake manifold (unported)
  • ~900whp

Those mods seem to be the most relevant to the car's powerband and what it can handle. I mainly roll race the car doing 60 rolls in 2nd gear. It has the smallest turbo option available, so it spools quickly and has a ton of mid range torque. Gearing is incredibly long as well with the 29.4" tire paired with 3.15 gears.

What do you guys think? Ported 2018? Ported GT350? I haven't seen much data on intake manifolds on turbo setups.

Port your gt350 intake and you’re good to go

In for this. I wish there was a turbo intake manifold shootout lol.

Turbo or N/A flow is flow. As long as the manifold won’t break from boost the results will be similar

Hold what you got. You're not pushing the limits by any means or needing some 3k+ manifold.

Generally speaking, the turbo setups most people install will make more boost and power than desired (meaning most don't run full on, they run a wastegate that bleeds off varying amounts to not overwhelm the traction).

Having said that, I think you'll find that any of the usual suspects (18+, GT350, Boss, CJ) are all going to work just fine and you'll make more power than you can use.

However, as a general rule of thumb, the best "flowing" intake, especially in the upper rpm range naturally aspirated will present the least restriction and allow you to make the most peak power.

But honestly, it would be a good empirical test, but I think you'll find that it's not worth the money going out of your way as long as it's one of the common high performers.
