I live in Kansas City. Mustangs do not sell great here, you see a good amount. But, you will find lower prices and some colors not selling as good as others. So, I believe it

Last production numbers I saw on the 350 showed the state right in the middle in terms of sales.

I'd be super surprised to see one under MSRP here. I have yet to see someone tack on an ADM. I know in Wichita they all flew off the lots @ MSRP back in November.

That's called "bait-and-switch", and it's illegal.

The problem is catching them in the act, they are very sneaky with their tactics.
