  1. Joyride with Dealer owned GT350- Video

Yeaaaaa... consider throwing that gem a down vote. Idiots. Thank God I found a cool dealer who tossed a text my way when the car arrived and gave it to me on the spot.

+1 to the Comfort Inn. Fun fact, owned by John Potter http://www.johnpotter.com & has his car in the lobby. Nice way to set the mood for your time there ;)
  4. Official GT350 Track Attack Attendance Thread

I'll put together a detailed write up for fun, but I'll sum it up with... what an experience! I noticed that you mentioned that the 1-day experience was full. If you can swing the 2-day, I'd highly recommend it. Getting that second day on the track will be an extremely valuable way to connect...
  5. Official GT350 Track Attack Attendance Thread

Complete amateur here (zero track time, minimal manual driving) and definitely feeling out of the comfort zone. The reassuring thing I've gathered from this forum is how awesome the instructors are. I get the sense they are extremely welcoming and will adapt to you. p.s. My track day is this...

  7. Official GT350 Track Attack Attendance Thread

Locked in for Sept 14-15th pending a windfall that will let me move to a 2-day event. I'm thinking 1 day will be fine, as long as I milk everything I can, but would love to get more track time w/ people who know (given my lack of experience w/ these machines). We'll see! Can't wait. See you all...

  12. Stripe bubble

Just had to deal with getting stripes replaced on the rear of my car. My rear deck lid stripe never stuck along the edge (came off the truck that way). Had the dealer buy that piece of stripe (no need to buy the entire thing). Went there yesterday to have them install it... realized that they...
  13. Difference in track pack spoiler part numbers?

Had to get my rear deck lid stripe replaced & put this sucker on yesterday. Looks so much better. Now THIS is a spoiler. Debating on what to do with the other spoiler. May use it as a polishing test bed... I've GOT to get gear to polish this car.
  14. Getting my GT350 in 2 weeks

You're going to love it! The manual recommends taking it easy for the first 100 miles, and avoiding the track for the first 1000.

  18. Difference in track pack spoiler part numbers?

Rock on. Ordered this beast! This'll work out well. I've got to take off my Tech spoiler to replace the deck lid stripes.
  19. What is your best reaction story/stories?

On one adventurous Saturday in the grocery-getter, I would see a car fly up to me in the rear-view mirror. They'd slow down next to the car, eyeball it hard, then speed off giving me a thumbs up. That happened about 5 times over a 20 minute trip. While I was traveling south to north, I...
  20. Time to Learn how to Drive Stick

Just did this myself. I ended up borrowing a vehicle from the dealer while I waited since I couldn't find a rental car. Who do ya'll know who rents manuals? Don't stress too hard. It literally took a few hours to get used to it. I then just drove around my neighborhood, over a couple of days...
