Soooooo, maybe not about the 350, but my F150 is technically my 350's emotional support vehicle, thus I think this forum is appropriate, LOL. And I'd rather hang this with you guys anyways.

The Optima RedTop in my 2002 F150 is finally giving up the ghost...after (best guess) ~16 years and lost count on mileage, she's getting old. Cranking, especially now that it's winter is getting questionable. I leave my AntiGravity jump starter in the truck full time for now.

So, for the truck where weight and all those other high performance things we typically talk about don't matter, what to do? Hard to argue the performance and not redo another Optima, but also consider Odyssey. Pretty sure I'm gonna do one of these two.

Honestly, I think this thread was more about sharing a good success story than looking for battery advice/suggestions.

A battery that is almost almost old enough to vote...you got a good one there and raised it right!

From what I have come across them, Optima today may not be the Optima you got then, I wouldnt automatically just get another one.
