Battery Drain?

Your battery should read around 13.9-14.2 at idle...shouldnt see it fluctuate too much out of that range on a healthy battery

Im having weird issues with my battery too. I just saw the voltage drop from 14.8V down to 12.3V, and then to 13.1V. It seems like it drops to 12V as I'm going to a stop but even when I'm driving I'll see it drop to around 13V from 14.7V randomly.

Im guessing this isn't normal lol?

If the car is running volts should be around 14.5.turn car off and should be between 12.3 and 12.6.if your reading the voktage meter on your car it'll read between 12 and 14 depending if alternator is charging battery or not.itll range between this volts going down as you drive it. I usually use my paddle at 3 to keep rpms up till it starts dropping

Completely normal. The voltage reading is what the alternator is putting out, not what charge is in the battery.
