I got mine at the local dealer, 6 for 8 bucks or so including tax. They had them in stock and I assume most will since they are so easy to lose.

They arrive today, supposedly. I think that's the brand that fit Fords the best, but we'll see . I have hope, since they're different than the ones linked above.

Why bother to have a cover on? I would rather be able to get to the battery without worrying about clips or pins.
Have two vehicles I keep on a tender and have taken both covers off so I can get to the batteries easily without worrying about breaking pins or bending the engine covers..But that is just me..

I bought battery box fasteners off eBay for $5 total, including shipping from overseas, eBay user “UCCGG”. It took 2 weeks to arrive, but I was in no rush and certainly not paying Ford $3.00 each ...
