i love when people like you talk like this yet you dont bring any proof to your premise.. yet here i am showing i cant find a worth while difference. so that gif goes right back at you..:headbonk:
Did you miss the below quote that was posted earlier in the thread?

the fact holds just about every mustang / shelby / terminator record in the 1/4 or standing mile.

there is a reason that most quick cars are tuned by lund / move to lund when they want to go fast

how is that proof though? there are no references or links, etc.

what does "just about" mean anyways? it means "this may or may not be correct info and I am paraphrasing what it seems like to me but if we look closely at the data it might be different."

So if 100 people have Lund tunes (due to the Lund love of this forum) and 13 run 11s, that is 13%.

If 2 people have bama tunes and 1 runs 11s, that is 50%.

Bama has a higher % of cars in the 11s than Lund.

That's why this thread is stupid along with brand loyalty. Makes you blind.
Wait, can you go over that again? I don't understand how you got your numbers.

If you reread it, that's the same as me retyping it. I have to make this keyboard last for another two years.

It's a dig on uncited statistics. Anyone can make them up and make them look like they want. It's basically just saying stuff.

Oh ok, I totally get it now.

Why do you have to make your keyboard last another two years? Is there not a replacement model coming out until then?

I really think that's where it ends at the software/tune level. Then you add in the geek factor of the Ngauge and that is attractive to some of us. I like the idea of being able to monitor lambda, ethanol content, coolant temps, etc., in a central place not to mention the super simple data logging.

Is it the fastest, most powerful, or absolute best? I wouldn't make that claim as I have no way to test them all...
yeah the Ngague monitoring system is pretty cool and that has a little bit of influence on me. as far as fuel ranging from 70-90% content thats a rarity. the fuel ive gotten from my station has pretty much always been E85 and its been E90 twice. since I got my car in Nov. 2014. i think ive seen E75 like once from that station.

thanks for kind of being the one person who gets where im trying to come from. this thread has derailed a bit, but im glad you see my point as to why i need more proof than just people telling me their butt dyno says so. Also as a disclaimer. i think lund and bama are great companies weather or not people think bama is.

After 5 pages of people replying there still hasn't been convincing enough information as to why a lund tune will help me or anyone else more than any other companies tune. regardless if it can read ethanol and adjust in minor increments.

Then do what you want and choose a company, solely on your developed opinion. It's nobodies fault that they can't cobble together the answer that you want to hear.. And it's not from lack of effort.

I'm a satisfied Lund customer. My car went 11.58 @ 119.2 (1.63 60' DA=-40ft ) with JLT/LTs/FF tune(100% e85, unsure of alky content)/Hoosier slick. First pass on a slick, on the first version of my tune. That's all. Car weighed 3950-3990pds with me in it. Stock halfshafts, DS, and clutch and shifter.

Show me another bama car doing that (not hating on bama). I just haven't seen it.. Which is why I chose Lund. And the nGauge.. I love it, compared to the X4.

cobble together the answer i want to hear? you mean like a logical one other than just hey i like lund and you should to? by the way im less than 3thenths off your time without long tubes. on E70 and on a radial. so yeah i bet if i had long tubes i could pick up .2 and some change and another 1.4mph.. so if you want to see a "bama" car do that just wait about another month or 2 and its going to go much faster than that.

Edit. Scratch all the BS.

Why don't YOU tell us "why Bama"?

Tell me more about how Bama even comes close to that...

Arguing with you is pointless though, you're the guy who demeans guys left and right on the forum and tried to insult someone by saying they probably lived in an apartment.
