Bama Tune - cold start

Greetings..

I bought a tune from Bama and so far so good no complaints whatsoever however, I have noticed that ever since I’ve installed the tune, my cold start is not loud as it used to be comparing when it was stock.

So I just want to ask y’all if a tune can actually makes cold start somehow quieter than stock or it just because its getting little warmer outside somehow the engine get warmer super fast! Before the tune, once I fire the engine Roush roar but now, its getting quite so fast not like before.

Please advice cause if somehow a tune can actually quieting a cold start, then I’ll have to ask bama for a tune revision.

are you meow less , if you are you dont need all the fuel on start up to warm them up . otherwise its just something they have adjusted for cars that are loud as hell and want to quiet it down some .

The stock tune retards timing on cold start to get heat into the exhaost to light off the cats. As a result, the throttle has to open more to maintain speed, which results in it being loud. There are tricks in the tune that can disable this timing retard. Maybe he did that.
