meh, it's not my favorite. I'm thinking I will eventually just go to a place locally and get a dyno tune.
The things I don't like are:
1. RPM hanging off throttle (like if you nail it in second, then push clutch and take your foot off the gas, the revs sit at 2k for 5 seconds or so before going back down to idle)
2. Throttle seems very all or nothing, hard to modulate, especially in sport or race drive modes
3. Cold start high rev warm-up (I am told some tuners will tune this out, but Bama said they would not)
4. Tuner refuses to work with me to hone and improve my tune. This is probably the most disappointing part of the whole thing. I was really looking forward to logging and improving my tune, ESPECIALLY for drivability.
to sum everything up, drivability is the problem. If all you're looking for is a quartermile tune, it's great.
