Someone mentioned it being turned on and off through myford touch. Maybe that explains why not all fords and more specifically the s197 have this. Sounds like my question is answered for the 2015 though. Thanks!
It is turned on/off using the left info screen on the dash of the 14 Fusion using the steering wheel controls.

Would have been nice if there wasn't a mechanical latch for the convertible. I like being able to lower the roof as I walk up to the car.

because I don't want lights on my car that I can't control.
Feel the same way about "Global Open" where if you accidentally hit the (unlock) button on your Key Fob for 3 seconds, all your windows go down automatically? Fun to find that out after a downpour and the interior of your Vehicle is flooded! Much more important to have "My Color" and the "Halo" feature to change the hue of your gauges, huh?

It looks like you can disable it, if you like...

People keep going on and on about the Window feature, you have to double press then hold the unlock for it to roll down, and within range of the fob to the car, has not happened once in our Fusion and I see this as a problem of fear, uncertainty and doubt and not based in reality. And as stated, if you do not like it turn it off. It is great to air out the car on a hot day, would welcome it on the Mustang.

I've never Accidentally Opened the Windows on My Accord Coupe in all the Years I've owned it. If you accidentally hit the Unlock Button for 3 seconds all you are going to do is unlock your driver's door, if You're in range that is. You have to actually hit the button twice, just like you do to Unlock Both Doors, then Actually Press and Hold the Unlock Button a Third Time and Hold it Until the Windows are where You Want Them.

This is from my 2013 Taurus manual:

No window or sunroof (moonroof, whatever) closing feature available.

The Golbal OPEN AND CLOSE is available on Lincoln line up , like MKS.
The Ford vehicles usually just have the global opening not closing.

Key words in your Post, your Honda Accord Coupe. Ford`s Key Fob does (NOT) require the sequence your Accord needs to activate the Global Open feature. Simple having the "unlock" button depressed for 3 seconds and down the windows go. Happen to me with my C-Max twice in two weeks, just saying....Check C-Max Forums on Blue Oval News, its not very uncommon.

Well I haven't heard anything about the C-Max but all of the others posting about its use on the Fusion and Taurus are stating the Same Sequence used on My Accord Coupe. PRESS ONCE to Unlock the Drivers Door. PRESS TWICE to Unlock the Passenger/Remaining Doors. PRESS A THIRD TIME and Hold Till the Windows Beging Oppening then Release to Roll Down the Windows. This Sequence Makes Perfect Sense to Me, so if the C-Max doesn't work like this Ford Screwed Up in My Opinion.

Anyone know if this works on the 13 or 14 Escape Titaniums?
Not available on the Escapes for whatever reason. The main thing that burned me up when I had my 13 Escape was the lack of consistency in operation compared to other Ford vehicles. Same with the memory recall via key fob and auto heated seats w/remote start that the owner's manual said was available but then when engineering was queried they said not available on Escape.

Glad to be rid of that thing.
