The GT350 is probably the closest car you can get to an e9x M3. I like the interior on the new M4 and can appreciate the performance but it isn't for me.
Let me know when they are offering x-plan on them. After the first 3,000-5,000 gotta-have-it buyers get theirs the prices will drop.
There are a lot of nice performance cars out or coming out, while the GT350 is a nice car its not the only option out there.
If he likes a fun car the cheapest fun car on the market is a Fiesta ST which you can get a good deal on. 500 Abarths are really cheap but that may be too small.
If he just needs transportation a base Focus or Impreza is a great option. The Subaru will hold its value much better as well but may...
Not jealous but there is a great deal of value in the new Mustang and Camaro. I plan on buying something next year that I'll keep for a long time and I'll be looking at both among other options.
Looks pretty good to me, I don't care for the spoiler on the SS or the back end in general (Mustang's is better) but otherwise I like it. HUD, heated steering wheel, heated and cooled seats, valved exhaust, Magnetic dampers, dual 8 inch LCD displays, rev matched manual transmission, lighter by...
True I am probably getting ahead of myself but I have wanted an American manufacturer to compete against the Evo and STI for years. Even wrote to Ford about it over 5 years ago and just excited they are actually doing it.
:ford:
Hopefully we will know soon enough.
The combination of lighter weight and AWD will mean most won't need to turn up the boost that much.
Adding new fuel rails and injectors wouldn't be difficult once the aftermarket gets going. Betting this will get as much of an aftermarket as the STI and...
A GT optioned how I'd want it is $44k, Pretty sure I can get a Ford Performance Parts tuned Focus RS for less.
I'm expecting about 3,475 lbs and 350 hp stock, probably $36k. This isn't the same motor in the Ecoboost Mustang. Different turbo, cylinder sleeves and free flowing exhaust means the...
I too would have liked some wheel flares but the designer said they wanted the research and resources to go into the AWD system which I can get behind.
Shouldn't be hard to get this to 400 hp I'd imagine. The ST is 3200-3300lbs I think so maybe 3,400-3,500, hopefully less. The AWD...
Got to sit in one at an auto show recently and they had the power pulled on it so you couldn't adjust anything. Definitely less room than my car but can't be sure on rear seat space until I can adjust the drivers seat, I had hoped to not bother a dealer if I didn't have too, looked good in the...
