Apple CarPlay won’t work

Need a little help here. I did the Sync3 conversion last year and it’s worked great. I took my car in for an oil change service today. Now Apple CarPlay won’t work? Also the audio settings are disabled. Everything else is fine from the conversion though. Any ideas? Also having issues loading up the extended license for Forscan. I’m an idiot at those.

Perform a reset of the Sync system. Then, make sure that you are using an Apple Lightning cable. Most cheap cables don’t work.

Last night after work, apparently it reset itself? It is working as it should now. I have no idea why it acted up after a dealer service.
