Pretty simple here... anyone with a 2015 Premium interior. Does apple carplay work/compatible with the 2015? (ps must be plugged into USB with lightning cable)

There is no AppleCarplay button on Ford vehicles (yet).

Apple updated their website around 6 months ago stating cars that would be compatible and if I'm not mistaken Ford said 2015 models. Also there isn't a "button". If comparable to initiate only need to plug lightweight to USB in vehicle and CarPlay automatically starts.

The apple Carplay website only mentions "available on models from these committed partners" with Ford being one of them. No mention of model year

I'll try tomorrow. I have a cable in the car for charging already but never plugged it into the usb. Only the 12v adapter.
