the "header" itself is the same, they will have different boxes for each year, which will come with the proper 02 extensions for that year.

Same here. I rewatched the CJ Pony header video and they recommended threading in the new bolts while the header is off. I did that for the driver side and also cleaned out the holes with brake cleaner soaked q-tips. Made it a hell of a lot easier.I just got passenger side on last night drivers side going on tonight. I can couch while the install itself is some tight wrenching the fit is damn perfect on passenger side at least.
Nice work. In for your dyno.Headers are on. I'll have dyno numbers within a few weeks.
Did u try doing anything about the A/c line bolt?I've got pypes headers installed. My dyno numbers were low (405whp w/ lund tune) because the A/C line bolt was hitting the primary on the passenger side. Thinking I might be getting a dyno tune soon though.
While the headers were out, I popped out the bolt completely, rotated the line's bracket, and zip tied it to a another line sitting higher.Did u try doing anything about the A/c line bolt?
Yes I removed it while the headers were on. Pain in the ass to get to it. Haven't dyno'd since removal though, feels much smoother through the power band though.Did u try doing anything about the A/c line bolt?
