In high 80's my tech pack hit 247 on the transmission with 2 passengers in 5th gear just driving on the freeway with a bit of spirit. this was a 45 minute trip dropping my wife off at her sisters birthday party with her friend. they are both maybe 240 pounds combined. Others have hit limp mode with 3 passengers in 7 minutes of spirited driving. On the track few have made it a 20 minute session, more often limp mode comes in at 10-15 minutes.
The tech pack simply cannot perform in the heat, despite what some folks say my Nguage doesn't lie. It is the Achilles heel. get the 2017 or a track pack. period. The car begs to be pushed but when you do, that transmission is going to heat up fast.
Its pretty routine for my transmission temps to go over my engine temps once it gets up over 85 degrees. Pretty sad really. Just nowhere for that heat to go.
