The order should of never been put through in he first place. I didnt call to cancel days later.. they told me they cat complete the order but they still charged me then gave a refund

If your order was put on hold due to an issue with your order because they couldn't ship a product to you, most luckily they didn't "Charge" you, there was an authorization with the card - unless you paid with PayPal.

When you pay online, over the phone, in person. An authorization hold will always be placed on a debit/credit card. Which will look like a charge on your bank statement. Then once the order is processed/approved then the authorization will be finalized and the charge will go through. Typically an authorization is held for 3-4 business days if the charge wasn't made yet, then the bank will drop the authorization back into your account.

Also when you said you don't understand why they can't ship the products to you but others cant. It will depend if the product is drop-shipped or in their warehouse.

In Stock (US only, No APO) Ships tomorrow.

most luckily, since its says US Only, NO APO, that product is shipped directly from BMR to the customer, and not housed at the AmericanMuscle warehouse.

Then you may be like, well why cant BMR still ship it to me in Canada if I placed it through AmericanMuscle? The answer may not be simple, it could be due to the additional cost with brokerage fees, duties, taxes, etc... which may not be profitable to send the products to the customer in Canada. But who knows.

Like i said earlier. I have found a better company and the parts are on there way. Im not too worried about it. I posted what happened and you guys feel the need to defend american muscle for whatever reason. The choice is yours but they wont get another 10 cents from me. There fault or not. Trying to deal with them was less than pleasent.
