I think you would be crazy to trade for a GT because once you get the GT 'fixed' to your liking it will be almost as bad as driving the the 350. 🙀

I've had my 2017 GB GT350 for almost a year now. This is GT350 #2 and it's great.

My biggest complaint is that the roads in my area look and feel like they were made by a kindergarten art class. Potholes, rough roads, broken pavement, we got everything. I don't know if the roads got worse, but lately it seems like the 350 is much less enjoyable on the street. I do not do any track driving.

Now I am at a crossroads. Do I sell the 350, trade down to a GT and use the residual for modifications?

Anyone else in a similar situation that cured the problem? The car has 2022 Pilot Super Sports and I have considered moving to a less aggressive tire to see if that helps. Stock suspension, too, with about 27,000 miles.
you just need more sidewall. Try to go down a rim size if possible. That will help a lot. Unless you just want to downgrade to a GT and mod it out. But I’d keep the 350 and make a smaller wheel work if I were you

First of all, I'll say that I sold my GT350 and ended up with a GT. I regret getting rid of the GT350. However, I'm all about getting to the track, so we want different things.

The GT I bought is a PP1 car and the stock suspension is EXTREMELY soft. If you want a nice ride and no tramlining, a car like this would definitely ride a lot better on rough roads than the GT350.

However, if you like to do performance oriented driving, in my opinion the PP1 suspension is TOO soft. Body control isn't very good.

I ended up swapping to the Ford Performance track handling suspension and it's very similar to the GT350 in firmness. It doesn't have the magneride, but I like it. I'm running Mach 1 HP tires and wheels and I don't have any tramlining. Body control isn't as good as a magneride car, but I prefer the feel.

The other thing about going to a GT is you will miss the Voodoo. It's a big difference in power and it took me several years to stop feeling disappointed with the power to weight ratio at 40-50 mph. So that's a big factor to weigh.

Sorry about the book, but one other thing. If you are anything like me, you will miss the GT350 brakes BIG TIME. I loved them so much and the PP1 brakes are fine. They work fine, but nothing special. Kind of like the Coyote vs. Voodoo.

I cured the problem...by getting an suv lol. If this is your only car and your daily, sucks but best to switch it out for an suv or truck. Or maybe installing the bmr handling springs and put the suspension on normal setting might do the trick? good luck
