yup. And this is why the only time i put the dash cams in my car are when I'm forced to take it to the dealer.

and if Ford would have thrown up their hands like they did with my transmission issue, I would have ghostrided the whip into the lobby in dearborn. :lol:

I cannot stand frivolous lawsuits. But, if Ford did nothing, I'd swear I'd probably be looking at all means to take that dealership to small claims court. Thankfully, I have a great relationship with an awesome dealership!

unfortunately, for $2500, it would cost me more to show up in court than it would to just fix the damage myself. So i fixed it myself.
