DI would be fantastic.

Except for the carbon build up on the intake valves that DI engines are notorious for.DI would be fantastic.
You shouldnt buy any bmws. They are unreliable, overpriced shitboxes. That's good to hear!
The DI carbon build up issue is one reason I decided to not buy a E92 335i.
A friend of mine just dumped his 2008 535XI he bought in September of last year...he shares your sentiments. You shouldnt buy any bmws. They are unreliable, overpriced shitboxes.

You beat me to the punch. I was going to say the same thing.Ford has introduced a hybrid DI/PI system that dramatically reduces or eliminates valve coking. The new 3.5EB in the GT, Raptor and F-150 uses it
Audi is even worse. You shouldnt buy any bmws. They are unreliable, overpriced shitboxes.

If he turns on a taco unless its for more towing capacity he is foolish.A friend of mine just dumped his 2008 535XI he bought in September of last year...he shares your sentiments.
Wondering how long it'll take him to turn on his new to him 2013 Tacoma V6.
Horrible yes, worse no. Id say nearing equal. Pretty much all german vehicles are unreliable with what seems to be the exception of 911 TT's which surprisingly arent that bad. Expensive parts, yes, but thats given.Audi is even worse.
Thats what ive heard from others. Sucks to hear bec they are great looking cars. Back in 2001 i drove a new 335 and the steering was awesome, drove great. Sucks they have gone downhill. You shouldnt buy any bmws. They are unreliable, overpriced shitboxes.

Dad drives an 06?(can't remember the exact year) A4 320,000km's no issues yetIf he turns on a taco unless its for more towing capacity he is foolish.

Good call. Hooked on phonix failed me!That's a different version then what we're discussing here.

Fits: 2011-2014 Mustang GT
500+ Horsepower
5.0L - 302 cubic inches
The latest Aluminator XS version is a 5.2L.
Porsche are great cars mechanically. Electrical systems however are not as solid. If he turns on a taco unless its for more towing capacity he is foolish.

A dual injection system would be just fine. Direct Injection alone...not so much lol. I wouldn't have any issues buying a new dual injection engine from ford. They've been in the DI game for a minute, so adding PI shouldn't be of any concern.for the most part, i remain a bit of a sceptic with new engines or engine systems. A dual injection sounds interesting enough, it will be exciting to see if the mustang gets it and how it fares over time. I do see an advantage for tuning though.
