And that works, too. The key point is to have the strings fixed to the car as opposed to jack stands. That reduces a ton of problems.

Nice setup! Are alignments spot on with a setup like that?
Pretty much if you take your time, level the pads. The great thing about hub stands is you can get to the weighted suspension adjustments and the hub stands have rollers on the bottom so your adjustments are not bound up.

Which hub stands are those?
CSM Performance LLC, but they don’t offer the lower cost 1000lb set anymore. Back at the end of 2019 they offered the set with lasers and target boards for thrust alignment for under $2k. This set is fine for my 911 and Cayman but a bit at the limit for the stang.
