I'm throwing my vote in for a bad wheel hub, I had one fail around the 20k mark and I remember the ass end of the car would dance around at speed. When I got the car in the air the drivers rear wheel had a ton of play in it.

I also cast my vote for a wheel hub. Mine was doing that when my hubs were shot (after a curb incident). Once I replaced the hub's car stopped doing it.

UPDATE:
After again going thru all mechanical possible issues nothing is loose out of whack etc.
The place where I get it aligned said he had seen this problem on a couple of boosted S550s.
So he did something to the alignment specs that he said worked on two other cars. I can't remember exactly what he told me he did but I haven't been able to make the rear end deflect like before. There is now a barely noticeable sway under load on minor bumps. The rear feels planted and it's a night and day difference. I'm enclosing the before and after alignment sheets so any of you alignment gurus can maybe chime in on what he did.

Yeah that little red number.. You had a lot of toe out on the right rear, so it would tend to jump out right when it could.

Okay thx.
Went for spirited run today and back end is planted.
Talked to the alignment guy and he said he just set Rear Toe to 0°. Said for boost actually goes a little more. So with these Chassis braces and this new alignment I have full confidence in this car now.

On paper, it looked like it was still toe out a small amount, just 1/16th. I'd rather get it toe in on both sides, but if its driving well, that's the important thing.

He said he's set 3 S550s like this so I'm not looking too hard at it. And like you said it's driving better and that's what counts.
