Is there a way I can align this trunk to be a bit more in the centre, unlike the front hood, I can't seem to move the hinges enough to rectify it.

Now it rubs on this side and has an ugly gap on the other.

Any advice on what I can do to fix it? Thanks! :)

Apologies if I posted in the wrong forum, lemme know and I will change it

Try theee (2) links, they may help:
Everything you want to know about body alignment specs starts here - plenty of visuals and PDFs:

I don’t know how much help the links will be because you’re dealing with an aftermarket trunk lid.

The problem with any aftermarket part is it’s not made with the original Ford tooling and dimensions of that part can vary greatly. This applies to aftermarket fiberglass, carbon fiber or even metal body panels. Even though some aftermarket suppliers tout it’s a “direct fit”, sometimes even the best aftermarket panels will still need some finessing and body work for that “perfect” fit.

to align mine laterally (because ford's quality control is shit) I added spacers to one side to shove the assembly to the other side.
